Michael Lacobee
Lead Pastor / Elder
Michael and his wife, Heather, grew up in Springfield and served at Crossway Baptist Church. Michael completed his Biblical Studies degree at Luther Rice and MDiv at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary before planting a church in Omaha, Nebraska.
Michael became the lead pastor of River Stone Fellowship in 2017. The Lacobee's have four children: Adalay, Millie, Nora, and Elsie.

Court Ennis
Operations Pastor / Elder
Court and his wife, Emily grew up in Springfield. Court graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2006 and served in various ministries before God called him to serve here in 2010.
Court became the Operations Pastor of River Stone Fellowship in 2017. The Ennis' have two children: Lucy and Liam.

Matt and his wife, Kari are from South Carolina. Matt Sprinkle has served in ministry roles since 2011, with a focus on student ministry after earning his undergraduate degree from North Greenville University. He is currently completing a Master’s in Christian Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Matt is passionate about helping people know Jesus and equipping them to make Him known.
Matt came to River Stone in 2026. The Sprinkles have five children: Brantley, Sadie, Riley, Ellie, and Harper

Gary and his wife, Nicole grew up in southwest Missouri. They came to River Stone Fellowship in 2012. Gary was called as an elder in 2022 after serving as a Deacon since 2018.

Ryan Heffernon
Preaching Resident
Ryan grew up in Nixa, MO. After finishing an undergraduate degree at Evangel University, Ryan is now pursuing a Master's of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ryan has been at River Stone since he was a kid, and he married Kathryn 2024.
Ryan and Kathryn have one daughter named Georgia.

Josh grew up north of Kansas City, MO. After college at Southwest Baptist University, Josh joined the army. Josh came to River Stone in 2018 and began serving as the 56ers Director in 2020.
Josh has a daughter named Abigail.

Rico grew Republic, MO. He began attending River Stone in 2020 and married Jeni after High School. Rico is pursuing an Undergraduate Degree at Spurgeon College and a Master of Theological Studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Rico and Jeni have two children.

Samantha was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. She has a degree in elementary education from North Park University. Samantha and her husband Lance came to River Stone in 2024 and began serving as the Director of KIDS in 2026.
The Saunders have five children.

MeLeah grew up in Nixa, MO, and her family began attending River Stone in 2016 before she graduated from high school. After graduating from South West Baptist University MeLeah and her husband Adam moved back to Nixa.
